Summary:It is proved that twenty-first century tourism will become an essential element of the global economy and an export product of special significance. Undoubtedly, medical tourism may become such an export product in Poland. Medical tourism has already been named as a phenomenon of our times, as many researchers point not only to its huge potential, but also to the substantial role it plays in the economic development of a country. It is an effect of the reorganization of previous business company models. The aim of this paper is to recognize the medical tourism enterprise policy area and the gist of their innovations. Chosen examples are examined that reflect the problems. Results constitute the need for further research.(original abstract)
