Description
Summary:The novel by Lois Lowry “Thinking” written in the genre of antiutopia is likely to be interesting for readers. An American writer raises the eternal “Russian” questions: Who is guilty? What to do? Lowry has her own opinion on the problems. She unobtrusively proclaims: “Yes, our world is not perfect, but still there is light, warmth, family and love in it”. Her thoughts about the present and the future convince that these simple human values are significant for all of us, they don`t depend on the place of our living and the language we are speaking. The author asserts: “We are citizens of the Earth and we are responsible for everything what is happening in our ‘common home” and our future is in our hands”.
