Description
Summary:The work presented offers an analysis into the shapes and sizes of the dental arches in 684 patients of both sexes in their early adulthood who reveal physiological occlusion of the permanent teeth. The outcomes of the study suggest that small dental arch type is specific to dolichognathic normodontia, mesognathic microdontia, and dolichognathic microdontia. The medium type is to be found in cases of mesognathic normodontia, brachygnathic microdontia, and dolichognathic macrodontia. The large arch type is typical of brachygnathic normodontia, mesognathic macrodontia, and brachygnathic macrodontia.
