description This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture characteristic measured from the professionalism, the distance of the management, trust in colleagues, regularity, hostility and integration of the employees of the organization Behavior / Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees Citra Bunda Hospital Medical Centre Padang. OCB important to investigate the behavior of health workers due to the organization of health workers led to the success of public health care. All employees RSU Citra Bunda Medical Centre Padang many as 177 people are in this study population. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence and not variable professionalism of 0.184 with a significant value of 0.086> 0.05 and a variable distance from the management of a significant value of 0.089 with 0.286> 0.05 on OCB, there is a positive and significant impact on the trust variable associates amounted to 0467 with a significant value of 0.028 <0.05 against the OCB, there is positive and not significant at .093 with variable regularity significant value for 0662> 0.05 on OCB, there is a positive and significant influence amounted to 0.526 hostility variable with significant value 0.045 <0.05 against the OCB and there are positive influence and no significant integration variable of 0.207 with significant
