It is due to factors like these and because it understands the need for studies on this theme, that thisresearch carries out a historical analysis of work and production modes, in order to understand the factors that motivate or harm workers, with a professional and teaching focus. its role in education. A research is based on the Historical-Cultural Theory, adopting as a basis the analysis of Material-Historical-Dialectic, comprising as forms of work, linked to the neoliberal, foreign and inhumane system for the ineffectiveness of teaching, as well as its organization. |
