With neoliberal reforms for education after the Second Industrial Revolution, in the second half of the 19th century, with new production models, they / as educators / as losing their identities, not recognizing their social function as a mediator / teaching and learning, but , acting as a precursor / capital system. Currently, there has been an increase in the number of teachers / as diagnosed / as psychological illnesses, leading to drug dependence, or that has contributed to disinterest and demotivation in school work. It is due to factors like these and because it understands the need for studies on this theme, that thisresearch carries out a historical analysis of work and production modes, in order to understand the factors that motivate or harm workers, with a professional and teaching focus. its role in education. A research is based on the Historical-Cultural Theory, adopting as a basis the analysis of Material-Historical-Dialectic, comprising as forms of work, linked to the neoliberal, foreign and inhumane system for the ineffectiveness of teaching, as well as its organization.
