description The work is devoted to the development of a method for automated analysis of cardiac rhythm variability for RR-intervals without psycho-emotional load and psycho-emotional test. Cardiointervals were determined by photoplethysmography when examined on a polygraph. Psychoemotional test consisted of tests "by name". The topological and geometric determination of the parameters of the graph of the phase portrait of the rhythmogram is carried out. The results are based on typical phased portraits. Diagnostic table of parameters is defined. A classification algorithm based on the Wald statistical procedure was developed using the Rosenbaum criterion, which allows us to reveal the informativeness of the determined parameters of the graphical analysis
