Summary:This article establishes the importance of education of XXI century, the needs that exist for teacher education, where education is lagging behind where society is rapidly progressing and that teacher should be asking continuously updated to have the necessary tools to our students out an effective knowledge. Global changes to the top-level education systems face today sponsored by the new global paradigms require a new professional profile for the XXI century. It is necessary that the teacher is an innovative suitable for use where students have high competitiveness strategies. Today the teacher must be a professional required to have basic knowledge for training, teaching and learning must be able to understand and tolerate different opinions and actions of people, embrace change, avoid imposing ideas or ways of thinking.
