Description
Summary:The article relates to the study of the microstructure and wear resistance of the surface layers obtained by plasma heating of the powder-clad layer of the CuSn10 alloy and the coating of the OK 84.78 welding electrode. Microstructure studies, hardness measurements and wear tests have shown that coatings based on a tin-bronze alloy and with the addition of OK 84.78 are successfully obtained. Coating from CuSn10 + 20% alloy mixture OK 84.78 has a hardness of about 500-700 HV, and from CuSn10 alloy it is about 310-564 HV. Meanwhile, the wear resistance also increases in series: Steel St3 < coating (CuSn) < coating (CuSn + 20% OK 84.78).
