Out-of-the-way items of information from the history of this settlement and famous inhabitants’ biographies have been presented. Particular attention is paid to the study of the demographic and socio-economic situation of local residents, as well as to the features of their lifestyle and daily routine. Based on archival materials, the most important pages of the history of the local Muslim community, the mosque, and the biographies of its religious leaders have been restored. |
