Synthesis and Characterization of ferrous glycinate monohydrate(一水合甘氨酸亚铁螯合物的合成及其表征)
以甘氨酸(Gly)与碳酸亚铁为原料合成了阴离子干扰少、纯度较高的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物.以反应体系的pH值为5.5~6.0、抗氧化剂用量为甘氨酸质量的10%、配位比(Gly/Fe)为2:1、反应温度为80 ℃的优化条件,得到了产率为87.21%、螯合率为86.95%的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物,产物经纯化处理后,测定了它的红外光谱和差热分析,考察了它的摩尔电导率和稳定常数(K),判断甘氨酸亚铁是带一个结晶水的反式结构螯合物....
