Summary:The article deals with a statistical approach to the identification of the special causes of technological process dysfunction with the use of control charts. The principle of establishing control limits on chartsis shown. The analysis of possible situations, which may indicate on the dysfunction of the process and it sexit from the state of statistical control lability, is analyzed. Shown practical orientation of application of the considered criteria for a nestimation of control lability of technological process taking into a ccount specificity of a small enterprise.
