This research used qualitative methods to research subjects were 29 male and female students of psychology.Maked of data by means of an open questionnaire and FGD. The results showed that more Quantitatively who have positive perceptions than the negative. The formation of this perception is highly dependent on how the mother is able to regulate of time and attention between family and her work. Positive and negative impact felt by all subjects. But the deciding factor this may be a conflict or a family would be a challenge to complete is dependent on how mothers adjust both their role and support of her husband. Internalized values for young men who have a positive perception of the impact and able to process well then be allow her to pursue a career and vice versa. As for the teen girls will motivate him will become a career woman. |
