| description | Objective To investigate the demands for clinical teaching and clinical teachers among nursing undergraduates who participated in their clinical internship, and provide reference for quality improvement of clinical teaching and practice. Methods Totally 179 nursing undergraduates were recruited by a convenience sampling method, and a open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate nursing undergraduates’ demands for clinical teaching. Results The most-demanded issue of clinical teaching was combination of theory and practice (95. 53%), followed by the clinical experience teaching (88. 27%). Nursing students preferred patience (88. 27%)and encouragement (82. 12%)as key issues in clinical teaching. Conclusion The clinical teaching of theory and practice, particularly in combination, was in high demand among nursing undergraduates. Clinical teachers should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, and provide more opportunities of independent practice for cultivating students’ clinical thinking abilities. Moreover, clinical teacher should help students build self-confidence and self-esteem, further improving the quality of clinical teaching. (目的 调查临床护理实习生对临床带教老师的需求, 为提高临床护理教学质量提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样法选取某市三级甲等医院179名护理实习生, 对其进行临床教学需求问卷调查。结果 在临床教学中, 护生对理论与实践相结合的需求最高(95. 53%), 其次为临床经验教学(88. 27%), 同时护生更加倾向耐心教学(88. 27%)、和鼓励式教学(82. 12%)。结论 本科护理实习生临床教学总体需求较高, 特别是在理论与实践相结合方面。带教老师可以将现场理论教学和实操教学有机结合, 充分给予学生自主操作锻炼, 帮助学生培养临床思维。同时带教老师应多分享临床经验, 帮助学生建立自信心和实现自身价值, 从而提高护理教学质量。) |
