Description
Summary:This paper contains the analysis of seven intaglios, a cameo engraved on different stones, such as cornalina, plasma and prase, jasper, onyx and glass, and a amber ring dating from the first and second centuries AD and originating from different contexts (villas, city, sanctuary, necropolis). All these objects shed light on the iconography of Minerva and on the chronological evolution of the Roman glyptic.
