The purpose here is to present an account of the experience gained over the last years teaching principles and techniques of some of these body practices to physical education students, systematizing and sharing this teaching experience. Thus, the main elements that constitute such a teaching model may favor actions that may minimize the difficulties encountered by teachers and students of physical education when dealing with this knowledge. |
