| description | The monitoring enforcement of administrative law for the protection of the environment is currently the actual direction of public authorities. Administrative law in the field of environmental protection is intended to ensure the ecological function of the state and abide by law and order in public relations. Large task of implementing administrative law lies with the local authorities, which, as the study showed, are not ready to implement it. The article listed the reasons and grounds of lack of relevant results of the work and the resources and competences of state authorities and local authorities needed to work effectively in this sphere. Analysis of the information obtained as a result of monitoring, to evaluate the effectiveness of implementation of the provisions of the legislation, and to identify problematic issues and legal gaps. |
