| Summary: | The penal responsibility for the offences related to crediting according to the legislature of some states is analyzed in the present article. The author compares the corresponding provisions from the Criminal Codes of Romania, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus Republic, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, France, and the USA among them and with the ones from the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova and gives recommendations for improving our national settlements.
