| description | [Purpose/significance] Knowledge management will become the main driving force of enterprise development and play an increasingly important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. [Method/process] Through the introduction of “knowledge management” tools, Management Science Research Institute of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation built and implemented a set of knowledge management system which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and closely combined with the business, set up a knowledge management platform, and in the operation process of the platform, the creation, capture, precipitation, application and sharing of knowledge could be completed in order to enhance its core competitiveness and create a learning organization. [Result/conclusion] The construction and operation of the knowledge management platform provides an integrated platform for knowledge sharing, facilitates the sharing and promotion of knowledge achievements within the enterprise, promotes the development of knowledge management enabling business, creates a cultural atmosphere of knowledge sharing, and effectively promotes the construction of learning organization in power grid. |
