Description
Summary:Prof. N. Subbureddiyar has written several multidimensional works. “Palsuvai Virundhu”, the work comprises thirteen parts which include his popular speeches and writings. He deals profoundly into the insight into the theme of caste through his book which is also evident in “Tolkaapiyam” but it never recognises the people directly. Most of the streets are named after the caste. The street name will be perfected when the caste is removed from it. He rightly quotes the words of Thirumoolar - "Ondrey Kulam Oruvaney Devan" as the remedy for the radical change in the society. He considers the work of Thiruvalluvar as a fantabulous work for real life. Subbu Reddiar suggests the reader learn the couplets by using their hearts instead of their minds which is abundantly more than the taste of chocolate and the energy of vitamin capsules. The author thinks that there are 1330 pearls in the room of 133 shells. According to him, “Thirukkural” is the only wealth for human beings in their life. He shares information from medicine, and science and insists to develop research centres for diagnosing the cause and effects of diseases. He has guided how to write history and feels dejected about the new Poets' portrayal of contemporary issues in society through their poetry. Hence, he compares these new poets' views on society with that of the eagle's view. The research paper delineates the varied thoughts on the exposure of the path of Kamaraj, Rajaji, Ramanujar and Periyar as the right path for a good life.
