Summary:Quality and it’s management, undoubtedly generates costs, which are finally translated in processes levels of efficiency, clients level of satisfaction, minimum or lack of mistakes in the product’s manufacturing process and/or the offering of services, in the reduction of the opportunity costs and increased sales returns. It therefore occupies an important position emphasizing in the control and use of resources, designed to guarantee quality, at the moment in which the aforementioned subject is being considered, with the objective to present a methodologist application for quality costs of success. It’s application enables the identification, determination and analysis of the quality costs in the services the organization’s management offers generally in a way such that permits a better and more effective decision making, as a strategic component and of high impact on competition in the normal day to day improvement processes. In the presented results diagnostic tools, observation methods, interviews, experts evaluations, documental revisions and other analysis methods and tools were used which favour the achievement of the stated objectives.<div id="dc_vk_code" style="display: none;"> </div>
