| description | This research aimed to know correlation between self efficacy and readiness to work on SMK students.This research is quantitative research, with total sampling 142 students of SMK as respondents. Instruments used in this research were self efficacy and work readiness scale. The data analyzed using product moment correlation showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between self efficacy and work readiness with coefficients r = 0,676 and p = 0.000; p<0,05. It means the higher self efficacy have the higher work readiness, and vive versa, with effective contribution of self efficacy to work readiness is 45,6%. |
