Hot deformation behavior of 0.5Y2O3/Al2O3-Cu/30Mo3SiC composites doped with reduced graphene oxide

The 0.5Y2O3/Al2O3-Cu/30Mo3SiC and 0.3GO-0.5Y2O3/Al2O3-Cu/30Mo3SiC composites were fabricated by fast hot press sintering.
