| Summary: | The aim of this study is to correct the Management Plan of El Chico National Park, which is characterized by a weal geographic basis and a deficient cartographic representation of the environment and its natural resources. Different thematic maps have been elaborated, analyzed and interpreted. A proposed zonation of the Park provides the basis for a better management, in which the conservation of natural resources harmonizes with recreational, scientific, cultural and educational activities. |
