Summary:In an economic environment increasingly complex and competitive, firms are now aware, more than ever, of the importance of controlling the human resources function as a primary factor to the success and performance of their supply chains. Through studying the Moroccan industrial companies, the concern of this article is to highlight the role of human resource function in the supply chain performance, in the light of the company culture and under the effect of a HRM practices influenced by the competitive environment, and the resulting mutations.
