| description | The article is aimed at researching possibilities of development of the national educational sphere in conditions of the integration into European space. The obstacles and opportunities of development of education of Ukraine are studied, in particular, by using international ratings. The international educational and scientific programs and projects effective in Ukraine, in particular the programs of «double diplomas», the EU programs – «Horizon 2020», «Tempus», «Erasmus+» and others were analyzed. The results of the students’ survey about the reasons of choice of the international programs, in particular «double diplomas», are provided. The need to create adequate economic and social conditions to avoid certain negative consequences of increased international mobility and migration (brain drain, labor depletion, misuse of knowledge) was indicated, concluding that graduates should implement their potential in the territory of Ukraine. |
