Summary: | In this paper, we have analyzed the policies they have developed two major national parties in Spain, PP and PSOE, to bring women into political life, and achieve a balance between men and women. In this way, we can ascertain the real impact of the same and the role they have played so far in the matches under study, with the sole purpose of knowing this type of strategies have been a simple marketing campaign, or whether otherwise have gone further. This is really decided whether affirmative action is effective or not. |
