| Summary: | The focus of the paper is to show how, in addition to an ‘external’ history of the legal/power structures and the devices of legal knowledge, there is also an ‘internal’ history of awareness of the idea that law incorporates within itself, with its evolutions and regressions, which is revealed in the intersubjective ‘fight for recognition’ in the ‘tragic’ of history and before that in the attitude or willingness to recognize on one another (so in the ‘sentiment of law’) and results in the progressive refinement of a legal consciousness that helps to shape the profiles of subjectivity, in the renewed value that the right attributes to those models. |
