Human Rights Protection - Prohibition of Discrimination as Reflected in Court Practice

Important human rights such as: the right to life, freedom, and privacy are mostly violated by state power, but it is only by judicial power that rights can be protected, for example, ownership rights, limiting deprivation of liberty, right to work and so on.
