description According to distribution and requirement of data transmission of testbed of shearer gearbox, a multi-bus monitoring system of testbed of shearer gearbox was designed, topology and communication realization of the system were introduced in details. The system uses Modbus, Profibus-DP, TCP/IP bus to collect on-site data real-timely and transmits the data to main controller based on characteristics of various kinds of communication protocol, so as to realize remote data monitoring. Meanwhile, the system adopts WinCC configuration software to develop monitoring interface of communication condition,realizes real-time monitoring of communication state and makes worker understand communication state of the whole system conveniently.
