description Frontal meningiomas may present with psychological symptoms without any neurological signs. Diagnosis of frontal lobe tumours are often delayed due to the insidious nature of the symptoms and psychiatric symptoms being the initial presentation rather than neurological picture. We describe a patient with right frontal lobe meningioma near the pre-motor area presenting with manic symptoms and persistent visual hallucinations. Organicity always needs to be ruled out despite patients present with only psychiatric complaints.
