| description | The article deals with the dynamics of the organizational field of agro industries export ofaçaípulp. Theoreticalapproach is the institutional framework for organizational analysis. Reports a survey conducted infour stages (2010-2013) with the use of survey, structured interviews and observations. The resultsshow a field in formation, marked by mergers and acquisitions of companies, new plants and newarrivals institutions influencing the phenomenon of institutional diversity and increasing interactionbetween the participants. Concludes that the field structure from consolidated institutions and othersocially that emerge in two different and complementary moments. |
