The role of Social Work in healthcare setting is exclusively unique. Social Workers as a part of multidisciplinary teams are dealing with the multidimensional issues of the patients. In Pakistan, the MSW seems failed to achieve a mature professional status and it is still blurred in terms of skills and services.
