Native mitral valve infective endocarditis caused by Staphylococcus warneri: A case‐based review
Abstract In the era of a severely aging population, physicians should pay attention to look for both infective endocarditis and disseminated lesions when blood cultures reveal Staphylococcus warneri, especially in elderly people with valvular heart disease.
