Description
Summary:Moving and doing physical exercises helps children to develop personality. Especially now, when technological development and the societal pressures promote and sometimes enforce parents to lead their children toward a “good” way of life, children are missing opportunities to physically move their bodies. From kindergarten, children need direct access to environment and time to return to nature. Outdoor Education, an almost entirely new concept in the Romanian educational system, is gaining interest among educators because of its positive characteristics and outcomes. (for example: students develop problem solving skills, experience cooperation and team-building exercises, open their imaginations, move their bodies, enhance observation skills etc.)
