| Summary: | To assess the degree of upper uric tracts normalization, which is key for cure of ureter hydronephrosis of various genesis, we used the ureterectasia rate (UR). The necessity in its calculation is imperative due to the absence of evident tests, which enable to assess the rate of megaloureter reduction. Immediate ureter normalization just after removing the causes of ureter dysfunction, especially in case of its obstructive form, is impossible. Absolute figures of ureter diameter are unobjective, as they do not take into account child's stature, which is essential in the fist year of life. |
