Studies on interaction between pazufloxacin mesylate and bovine serum albumin as well as the effect of metal ions on it(甲磺酸帕珠沙星与牛血清白蛋白相互作用及共存金属离子的影响)
用荧光光谱法研究水溶液中甲磺酸帕珠沙星与牛血清白蛋白的结合反应,测定了298,308 K温度下甲磺酸帕珠沙星与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数KA(分别为7.63×104,6.25× 104 L • mol-1)和结合位点数n(分别为1.04, 1.03), 探讨了其荧光猝灭机制;根据热力学参数确定了甲磺酸帕珠沙星与牛血清白蛋白之间的作用力以静电作用为主,并运用Föster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移原理,测定了其相互结合时授一受体间距离r为3.17 nm;采用同步荧光技术确定甲磺酸帕珠沙星对牛血清白蛋白构象产生一定的影响;进一步考察了3种金属离子对该结合反应的影响,探讨了其相互作用机制....
