Summary: | This article aims to present a way to implement new company strategy. It is realized by application of the method of Balanced Scorecard. There was chosen the project approach to implementation, which is very suitable to carry out such serious changes in the business. In case of government area it is even necessary, if it wants to obtain finance partly of the European Union. The article does not seek to provide guidance on how to formulate strategy, but focuses only on its successful implementation. Since it is impossible to create a specific model that would be easy to use at another entity just by changingsome of the factors, these recommendations can be understood as the maximum rate of a guidance for the implementation of corporate strategy. The article formulated the basic recommendations for the introduction of the BSC so as to be applicable not only to measure performance, but as an incentive tool, too.
