description The article is devoted to the dating of the treasure and its first owners. The paper also examines questions about the time of the hoarding of the treasury and its possible value in the period before things fall out of circulation. Based on the payzi date of the Horde khan Keldibek (1361/62), which was part of the treasure, it is assumed that the first owner of the treasury was the emir Kutlug-Timur bek (died 1364), who performed in the 60s. XIV century duties of the ruler of Crimea. After this year, the treasury passed to his successor – Khoja Alibek (both emirs belonged to the same family). The residence of the family of rulers in the administrative capital of the region for about 50 years allows us to consider the city of Solkhat as the place of formation of the treasury. Our proposed hypothesis of the value of the Solkhat treasury in the second half of the XIV century based on information from the book of the treasury of Kaffa for 1374. Here is an auction estimate of the treasury of another ruler of Solkhat – Khoja Muhammad. Both lists of things - the Simferopol treasure and the treasures of Khoja Muhammad – are comparable. The fact that both status treasures belong to Solkhat is a rare testimony of the nature of elite jewelry and jewelry circulating in the region. This gives additional opportunities, both for a more accurate understanding of the level of Crimea’s own urban craft, and for the range of market and, possibly, trophy receipts from near and distant centers.
