The impact of strategic projects of development of the Russian education on the development of state and public management of education is presented. The model of professional-public assessment of innovation in the regional general educational system is proposed; the basic procedures, subjects and standards are noted. The process approach was used while designing the model; the algorithm of professional-public assessment of innovation activity is described.Practical significance. The results of practical using of the model for professional-public assessment of innovation activity in the educational system ofSt. Petersburgare presented. |
