Summary:Children raised in boarding schools are facing various problems, including emotional and social difficulties. They affect the child's personality, leading to various psycho-emotional trauma. Children in residential institutions are not ready for family life, both because they are not prepared for it, and the fact that there are not enough specialists to succeed in working with large number of children from residential institutions. In this article the authors analyzed the effects of placing children in institutions on child development and family perception.
