In this article the domestic immunomodulator, and cytoprotector reparant Derinat natural origin. The authors concluded that Derinat best meets these requirements and can be recommended as drug of choice for pediatricians and physicians. For the treatment of uncomplicated cases of influenza and ARVI Derinat 0.25% is recommended and in case of severe “cold” and complicated forms of viral infections — Derinat solution of 15 mg/ml for parenteral administration. |
