Summary:The article presents the main aspects of modeling the number of employed after graduating from higher education institutions, which would allow to develop managerial decisions to improve the quality of education, as well as to increase the number of young specialists in demand. The analysis of the number of higher education institutions and the dynamics of changes in the number of employed graduates was carried out; structural changes in the market of educational services were determined. On the basis of the carried out analysis with the help of models of adaptive forecasting the prospective number of the employed graduates after finishing a higher education institution was determined on the basis of application of Statistica software package.
