Summary:An algorithm for realization of the concept of the early warning of the negative engineering-geological processes development at the base of the structures is offered. It was developed in MGRI-RGGRU in relation to the monuments, on the example of the historical buildings of the Kirill-Belozersky monastery. The features of engineering-geological conditions of the territory of the Kirill-Belozersky museum-reserve are described, the results of the retrospective analysis of the development of historical natural-technical system (HNTS) and its typing are given. The use of the algorithm helped carrying out the assessment of the status and mode of functioning of the local natural-technical systems and establishing the paragenesis of the processes affecting the stability of the monuments.
