The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Pseudostellaria palibiniana (Takeda) Ohwi (Caryophyllaceae)
Pseudostellaria palibiniana (Takeda) Ohwi which belongs to Caryophyllaceae is distributed in Korea and Japan. In this study, we present the complete chloroplast genome of P. palibiniana which is 149,668 bp long and has four subregions: 81,313 bp of large single copy (LSC) and 16,958 bp of small sing...

Summary: | Pseudostellaria palibiniana (Takeda) Ohwi which belongs to Caryophyllaceae is distributed in Korea and Japan. In this study, we present the complete chloroplast genome of P. palibiniana which is 149,668 bp long and has four subregions: 81,313 bp of large single copy (LSC) and 16,958 bp of small single copy (SSC) regions are separated by 25,709 bp of inverted repeat (IR) regions including 126 genes (81 protein-coding genes, eight rRNAs, and 37 tRNAs). The overall GC content of the chloroplast genome is 36.5% and those in the LSC, SSC, and IR regions are 34.3%, 29.4%, and 42.4%, respectively. |
