Modified adaption of iliac branch endografts in rare congenital anomaly of proximal origin of bilateral internal iliac arteries

We report a case of 55 mm abdominal aortic aneurysm coinciding with a rare congenital anomaly of proximal origin of bilateral internal iliac arteries (IIAs).
