description | The article is aimed at developing and substantiating of a methodical approach to evaluation of the efficiency of staff management at enterprise. The necessity of using method of dynamic normative for evaluation of the efficiency of staff management is substantiated. The methodical approach to evaluation of the efficiency of staff management at enterprise is suggested, implementation of which includes the following stages: generalizing analysis of existing methods and approaches to evaluation of the efficiency of staff management; defining the initial system of the indicators of analysis of staff management, their substantiation according to the support subsystems; formation of the dynamic normative model structure; calculating the rates of growth of indicators and constructing a graph of the normative ordering; economic interpretation of the results obtained. Using this approach will provide substantiating and concretizing the priority objectives to ensure the efficiency of staff management and compare the different options of the strategic orientation to achieve the planned results by identifying internal reserves for improvement of the performance of staff. |
