| Summary: | Abstract: This article aims to diagnose the implementation level and coverage regarding of the Knowledge Management practices related to the organizational processes in the municipalities associated to AMUSEP - Municipalities Association of the North of Paraná. Thus, our work is a quantitative and descriptive research based on multiple case studies. We collected data through a questionnaires in Google Forms. The outcomes point out that those municipalities have both low effective level of implementation and low coverage of Knowledge Management practices associated to the organizational processes. This result is critical given the importance of these practices for public organizations, since they act as facilitators of the processes of Knowledge Management. |
