Preparation of conductive polyaniline/ flake graphite composite and its electric conductivity mechanism(导电聚苯胺/鳞片石墨复合材料的制备及导电机理研究)
采用湿法制备了导电聚苯胺/鳞片石墨导电复合材料.通过对其电阻、IR、SEM、DMA进行表征,以及运用层积模型对复合材料体系电学性能进行了拟合.结果表明:用偶联剂处理过的复合材料比未处理的在电阻性能上有较大改善,石墨粒子开始形成导电网络时的体积分数临界值Φc降低到1.43%. IR和DMA验证了温度升高使聚苯胺基体结构向苯-苯式转化,这一过程导致体系电阻在80 ℃之后呈下降趋势.层积模型对复合材料体系的拟合结果较好地符合了电导率与体积分数之间的线性关系....
