| description | The case is presented of the isolated sarcoidosis of the heart, presented with permanently recurrent ventricular tachicardia. The algorithm of diagnostics of the heart involvement in sarcoidosis is discussed based on echocardiographical, magnetic resonance and positrone-emission with 18F-fluorodesoxyglucose data. The analysis of literary data on prevalence of sarcoidosis of the heart is provided, as its clinical presentation, diagnostics and main approaches to treatment. |
