Summary: | The main purpose of ecotourism territory structural modeling is development of a rational plan for the territory (a tourism framework) to ensure that the systems performs the functions assigned to it. A structural model can be represented as a block diagram and a topological model. The basis for modeling the structural scheme of the tourism framework is the natural and recreational framework. Given hierarchical subordination of recreation functions to natural and cultural heritage conservation, a major requirement for the structural composition of the tourism framework is preservation of the structure of ecological and eco-cultural frameworks of the site. Ecological framework structure preservation includes conservation and restoration of its structural elements: the protected core, ecological migration corridors and animal habitats. The structural composition of the tourism framework should be aimed at preservation, revival, touristic development of protected and sacred sites, cultural monuments in their natural setting, re-creation of traditional nature management practices, settlement systems, daily living cycles, traditions and beliefs, and the entire way of life of the local population with simultaneous organic integration into modern economic and social processes. This determines the direction of touristic use of the territory and the intensity of recreational flows.
